Machine Working process:
Put the pomegranates from the hopper into the crushing plant. Then under the crushing roller relative extrusion and roller blades on the crushing chamber, the pomegranate will be cut into several small pieces; Crushing plant broken roller is made of stainless steel, and the two roller clearance is adjustable to 20-30 mm;
And then the pomegranates pieces will fall into the second broken chamber where the crush roller is made of non-toxic high elastic rubber. After two-stage crushing, the pomegranates will be basically processed with skin and seed separation. Then the final pomegranates seeds will be sieved from the drum screen structure and the pomegranates peels will be discharged from the machine outlet.
